Eh.

This animation isn't fit for Hania's music, infact without it, it'd just be another pile or crap.

The actual animation is horrid, the little girl looks unrealistic and doesn't have the cold edge she should have had, you should have gone for more of a Lilium style rather then whatever you did. The whole thing is a mess of motion tweening and poor drawing skills.

Sorry if I seem harsh compared to the mindless rabble everyone else seems to be putting out, "this is one of the besst movies i've ever seen..." "EPIC" etc etc.

The review boxes are for reviews, not mindless one liners.

I bet the hardest part about making this was;

Telling your parents you're gay.

Horrible.

The idea of a sequel is to improve upon bugs and add new features, I see no new features and I see all the bugs that made the previous game horrible AND you made them worse by added giant land masses.

Firstly there's almost no open surface water, there's giant islands that take up all the space and when you eat survivors they get pushed behind them and you end up failing the mission because of your bad game design.

Secondly the missions involving eating fish are only difficult because the fish run away and HIDE BEHIND THE LAND MASS, did you even test your own game at all? If I can't go behind a land mass then the NPC's shouldn't be able to aswell.

Since there's very little open water half the time I can't tell if a boat is meant to be coming or if it's behind a landmass, you need to add a minimap if you're going to break the fucking game by having giant islands on the surface that npc's can hide behind.

In summary 2/10, the same problems from the first game are still there AND you made them worse by adding giant islands. Try harder next time.

Excellent, simple.

What an interesting concept, I played through a few times just to see if I could get the best possible life.

Also for people complaining about the unresponssive controls, look at the age next time. By around 40ish you move slower and by 60 your can barely move.

Interesting spin on point and click adventures.

The storyline itself wasn't anything new, the whole "trapped in a house, zombies everywhere" thing is pretty unoriginal.

The graphics weren't anything spectacular, just run of the mill stuff really.
The voice acting was okay, it didn't sound like the actors were in a wind tunnel or that the microphone was covered in gravel which is always good.
Extra points to you though for creating a point and click that also turns into an overhead adventure sort of game.

I chuckled when you got to stab the lady in the head too, though to be honest the transformation time was a little quick. But all in all a decent effort, 7/10 for you.

Amazing, truly uplifting.

I think this needs to be the background music in mental health institues, no one could possibly feel down after hearing this. It's one of the most uplifting songs I've ever heard, keep up the great work!

Decibel responds:

Haha, I'm glad you like it - it is pretty uplifiting, I agree :)

Excellent!

You've created a brilliant piece here, perfect for setting an atmosphere in a game/movie.

I reminds me of travelling carnival inhabited by ghoulish creatures, all preforming impossible feats to lure in potential meals.

Good idea, poorly executed.

The piano was quite good and so was the background beat, but two good things mixed together doesn't create something great, infact it's degraded both.

If you try this sort of mix again, I suggest you find two different types of music that compliment and add to each other, here you've more or less put the techno stuff ontop of the piano stuff.

garlagan responds:

I wasn't expecting this kind of feedback. When I did this I thought the mix was pretty ok lol, it may have more to do with my own view of a musical piece though...
Anyway, thanks for reviewing :)

Excellent!

You've outdone yourself, the atmosphere, the composistion and the way the beak doctor is more bird than man is very well done.

Now to address the comments below, the beak doctors DID have nice smelling things inside their beaks, it wasn't neccessarily posies, someone pointed to the nursery rhyme ring a ring o'roses, which in their minds proves they had posies etc.

Actually the first recorded instance of the rhyme was found to be in 1881, in NORTH AMERICA. It went something like;
"Ring a ring O'rosie
All the boys in town
Call out for little Josie!"

But the thing is most countries have their own variations on this popular rhyme. It's sort of like trying to say who invented toast.
